- AHEAD Committee Pell & Workforce Pell - Final Regulations released May 19, 2026. Effective date 7/20/2026.
- RISE Committee - Final Regulations released 5/1/26. Effective 7/1/26. (Loan Limits & Def. of Professional Degree). Definition of Professional Degree temporarily stayed (blocked) per Federal District Court order .
- AHEAD Committee - Accountability Metrics; Final Regulations released July 1, 2026.
- AIM (Accreditation)Committee Rulemaking Meetings; Consensus Reached - ED Website for posted documents. Consensus Language.
- Web Accessibility - Compliance Deadline Extended by one year (April 2027 and April 2028, depending on the size of the population served).
